With the support of the Kenora and Lake of the Woods Regional Community Foundation, Lake of the Woods Arts Community is proud to announce the next free presentation we’ll be offering as part of our Arts@Home online program.
Olivia Whiddon • Performance & Music
The talented Olivia Whiddon will present a live online concert performance of music from her upcoming album. The album is part of an OAC grant for inter-arts and is connected to work by visual artist Teresa Bowyer (who will also be doing an Arts@Home session in the coming weeks). As part of the concert, Olivia will discuss her transition from opera singer to harpist/vocalist and songwriter and will share photos taken on field trips while she was writing. The session will include a story in the Celtic tradition and a Q & A with the audience at the end.
