Elsie Neufueld is a print journalist and freelance writer/editor who has a writing practice that ebbs and flows. Covid brain and the discovery of indoor cycling left her writing practice a sorry state recently and she needed to revive it. Going back to tried and true techniques and the encouraging and wise words from writers like Brenda Ueland, Stephen King, Natalie Goldberg and many others, Elsie has revived her writing practice, and rediscovered the joy of her writing space, time and filling the blank page. She can help you do the same.
Bring your writing method of choice (loose papers, notebook, typewriter, stone tablet, computer) and restart your writing! You’ll:
• Learn writing practice philosophies and techniques developed and used by successful writers.
• Engage with the presentation by sharing thoughts and ideas, through active writing during the session and sharing their writing if they choose.
• Find the inspiration and tools to start a personal writing practice that meets your needs.
