In our daily lives many people live lives overstimulated and destabilized by worry, anxiety, drama, and self-sabotage. We find it unsettling to be ‘unproductive’ and often do not take the time to reflect on our emotions and what gives rise to our emotions.
This course will focus on:
1. Accepting your emotions with compassion and without judgment.
2. Actionable steps to towards self-change.
Being able to manage your emotions is a life skill.
But what is an emotion?
Where do emotions come from?
Can I change my emotions?
Will I ever be happy?
These are questions we will explore in this course from both a Western and an Eastern perspective.
