Sound Therapy Sessions at MVMNT

What is Sound Therapy?
Singing Bowls are excellent meditative, therapeutic and transformational healing tools guiding seekers on their path to spiritual enlightenment. They play a positive role for self healing.

Everything has vibration. Sound and vibration can be used to re-tune us to health and one of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of Tibetan hand-hammered singing bowls.
This 60-minute guided group meditation will bring you a sense of calming while the vibrations radiate out negative energy, which restricts your ability to reach your full physical, spiritual, and mental health. Your healing journey will give you a deep feeling of relaxation allowing the bowl’s energy to break away your every day mental and physical stress.
Come with an intention or let the bowls bring you what you need.
Please wear loose, light coloured clothing. For your comfort, bring a pillow, blanket or anything else to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

“If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. Sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.”
