A free exercise class where we use a variety of exercise equipment and styles! From medicine balls, body bars, resistance bands, dumbbells, circuit training, and HIIT.
The exercises can be modified for experience level or injury status! Join us for a fun and good workout!
Class is every Tuesday evening from 6:30-7:30 and every Thursday morning from 6:00-7:00 am
Anybody over the age of 11 is welcome to join and drop-ins are welcome
